The unveiling and dedication of the historical marker commemorating the Cyclone of 1924, which claimed the lives of some prominent residents of St. Philip, will take place this Saturday, June 14, at St. Philip Church from 10 a.m. to 12 noon. A reception will be held in the church hall following the dedication. Those who plan to attend are asked to bring a baked good to share as friends and relatives gather to share stories.
