St. James Parish Sheriff Claude J. Louis, Jr. reports the arrest of Denisha Melancon, a twenty- eight year old female from Lutcher, for offenses stemming from a recent incident that occurred around 10:15 a.m. in the 2300 Block of North Courseault Street in Lutcher.
