The Gramercy Board of Aldermen unanimously voted Tuesday evening to approve, with one condition, issuing the RISE St. James organization a “Parade Permit” to conduct a march through the streets of Gramercy and Lutcher this Saturday, October 17th, to speak out against Constitutional Amendment 5.
