Lutcher Town workers bust up and dig up a section of Lionel Washington Street in order to reach a small puppy that managed to fall in a Town sewer clean-out pipe. Thankfully the dog was rescued, was uninjured, and only needed a good bath.

Shawanda Davis holds her puppy that fell into a sewer cleanout line. If you look at the base of this photo you will see a newly installed clean-out with the proper capping in place.
