CHABAUD

Michael Chabaud, age 67, died on June 25, 2018 at his home in Paulina, LA. Michael is survived by his wife of 47 years, Shirlene Vicknair Chabaud; his sons Todd (Tiffany); Patrick (Heather); and Troy (Casey); 13 grandchildren: Brittany, Kristian, Kody, Jade, Gage, Jaxon, Paisley, Trevor, Calum, Cort, Adriyn, Dominic, Tynslie and 1 great-grandchild, Journey as well as 3 sistersin-law: Deborah, Donna, and Deanna and 1 brotherin-law, Randy Vicknair (Paula).

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hickley and Marguerite Chabaud, and his 3 brothers, Ronald, John, and Kevin. Michael was born on October 4, 1950, in New Orleans, LA. In 2015, Michael retired from Colonial Sugars (Imperial) after 45 years of service. Michael enjoyed gardening and was an avid fan of the New York Yankees, the New Orleans Saints, and the LSU Tigers.

A visitation in his honor will be at Rose Lynn Funeral Services, 1870 Cabanose Ave., Lutcher, LA on Saturday, June 30, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at noon at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulina.
