On August 15th, a legend, Rev. Ferdinand Gaines, Jr., was born. If not for his untimely death, this year he would have celebrated 77 years of life. On this day, we are reminded of the rich life he led and the legacy he left in this community and beyond.

Mary “Kitty” Klibert Falgoust was born on April 1, 1950 and passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on August 3, 2021 at the age of 71 years old. She was a native and resident of Reserve, LA. She loved to sew and be with her friends and family.
