The Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA) Class 3A All-State Football team was recently announced and several members of the Lutcher Bulldogs and St. James Wildcats were named to the elite squad.

The St. James Lady Wildcat Basketball team dropped a 54-48 loss to Dutchtown in a non-district contest.
The Lutcher Bulldog Basketball team finished with a 2-1 record in the French Settlement tournament defeating Doyle and Springfield and losing to the host school French Settlement.
The All-District 9-3A football team for both offense and defense were announced last week and several players from both St. James and Lutcher High Schools were selected to the elite squads.
