The Lutcher High Boys and Girls Track & Field teams competed in the Class 4A, Region III Meet held at South Terrebonne High School in Bourg.
I don’t like coloring contests. I didn’t like them when I taught and the neighboring teacher would bring her students’ pictures to me to judge. And I like them even less now that my granddaughters try to get me to declare a winner.
The Apostle Paul charged the Christians in Corinth to flee from sexual immorality, “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body” (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). God the Father created our bodies, God the Son redeemed them, and God the Holy Spirit indwells them. This makes our body the temple of the Holy Spirit of God.
Fresh off of capturing its Division II non-select baseball championship, the Lutcher High-based Cypress Physical Therapy summer baseball team will begin play this week.
