St. James Business and Industry Development Group, Inc, a non-profit organization, announces scholarship applications will be accepted until April 19, 2024 from any high school student who is a resident of St. James Parish.

Commodities will be distributed on a first come, first served basis to all registered applicants. Identification will be required to pick up commodities. To be eligible to receive commodities, an individual must be a resident of St. James Parish and meet the income guidelines below.
2024 St. James Vegetable Garden Contest To Be Held

The LSU AgCenter, West St. James Farm Bureau, and East St. James Farm Bureau will sponsor the Home Vegetable Garden Contest this spring for adults and 4-H / youth. They will also sponsor Tomato Field Day which will be held in mid-May 2024.
