Danielle’s Dance Academy 11th Annual Dance Recital: “Under The Big Top”

We are very excited to announce Danielle’s Dance Academy’s 11th Annual Dance Recital on April 20, 2024 at the Pontchartrain Center located at 4545 Williams Blvd., Kenner, Louisiana. The doors will open to the public at 1:00 p.m. with the recital beginning at 2:00 p.m. The royal court will grace the stage for formal introductions.

The Winbush-Chriswell Scholarship Foundation’s scholarship applications are now available in Lutcher High School counselor office, churches in Lutcher, Gramercy and Paulina or from any member.
2024 St. James Vegetable Garden Contest To Be Held

The LSU AgCenter, West St. James Farm Bureau, and East St. James Farm Bureau will sponsor the Home Vegetable Garden Contest this spring for adults and 4-H / youth. They will also sponsor Tomato Field Day which will be held in mid-May 2024.
Credit Unions Team Up For A Record-Breaking Recycling Day

Louisiana Federal Credit Union (FCU) joined forces with OnPath Federal Credit Union to host a Shred Day event on March 16. The collaboration between the two credit unions drew crowds from across the community to the Belle Terre branch of Louisiana FCU. The event, which was free for all participants, led to the shredding of 9,000 pounds of paper and the recycling of 1,500 pounds of electronic waste in just two hours.
