The Lutcher Mayor and Board of Aldermen met Tuesday and the Board voted unanimously to enact an ordinance geared to not only reduce the number of stray dogs on the loose, but to also protect the canines by creating a minimum standards of care for dog owners.

St. James Parish Hospital recently welcomed Abigail Lejeune, SHRM-SCP, as the hospital’s new Director of Human Resources. Abigail brings over a decade of experience to the hospital’s leadership team.
