October is Child Search Awareness month in Louisiana. Child Search is a program in every school system to ensure that any child who is eligible for Special Educational Services receives them. It’s the Law…Every child age 3- 21, regardless of disability is entitled to a free, appropriate public education. In addition, babies birth through age 2 who have problems may be evaluated free of charge and provided services if eligible. Victoria Rocquin Receives 2021 Phi Kappa Phi Love Of Learning Award
Victoria Rocquin of Lutcher, Louisiana, was recently awarded a Love of Learning Award worth $500 from The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi, the nation's oldest and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines. Rocquin is one of 200 recipients to receive the award.
