Dorothy “Dot” Vicknair passed away peacefully to heaven on Thursday November 14, 2024, surrounded by her loved ones. Her life began 81 years ago on July 15, 1943, as the daughter of Lloyd Nettles and Sybil Esneault. She was the loving wife for 44 years to the late Eddie Joe Vicknair, Jr. Dot was deeply loved by her family and her friends. Her greatest joy was her sons and grandchildren.

Alcee Joseph Kliebert, Jr. 'A.J.', age 87, a native and life long resident of Vacherie, Louisiana, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by family on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
Funeral services for Anthony Howard Duet, age 72, of Vacherie, LA was held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 30, 2024 at Our Lady Of Peace Catholic Church in Vacherie, LA with Father Mike O'Rourke officiating. Visitation was prior to the service from 9:00 -11:00 a.m. Burial followed in The Our Lady Of Peace Cemetery under the direction of Thibodaux Funeral Home.
