Emily Rogers was born on July 17, 1938, in Vacherie, Louisiana to Roland Waguespack, Sr. and Mae (Melancon) Waguespack and following a long illness, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2024, in Conway, Arkansas.
Calvin “Peanut” Copponex born June 25, 1953, in Lutcher, Louisiana and passed away August 4, 2024, in Lakeland at the age of 71. He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years Patricia (Patterson) Copponex, children Brad (Keely) Copponex, Abby Copponex; and precious grandchildren, Cody and Aubrey Copponex; Siblings Alise (Bob) Henderson and Carol Lambert; Sisters-in-Law Jane (LeBlanc) Copponex, Charleen Copponex Lambert, Reva Patterson, Phyllis (Winston) Waller and Brothers-in-Law Audry Rome, and Randall Patterson. His three godchildren, Lori (Rome) Gauthier, Patrick Copponex and Jena (Copponex) Lemoine, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Margie Poche Zeller was born on December 8, 1934, and passed away on, Monday, July 29, 2024, at the age of 89. She was a native of Convent, LA and was a resident of Lutcher, LA. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, godmother, aunt, and friend. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crafting, and gathering with family and friends. She was a member of The Catholic Daughters of America and The Altar Society of St. Joseph Church.
Surrounded by her loved ones, Tania Hymel Gravois, our “Honey” passed peacefully to heaven on July 23, 2024. Her life began 64 years ago on July 7, 1960 as the daughter of Dale and Joyce Hymel. Tania deeply loved her family, her friends, and her faith. Her greatest joy was her grandchildren.
