This fallen world system operates under a false value system, placing importance on things that have no spiritual worth or eternal impact. Wealth, position, youth, talent and beauty are worshiped in our society. While these things are not inherently evil, measuring a person’s value by these things is rooted in the pride of life and the lust of the fleshthe fallen, sinful nature of man. God is no respecter of persons, and neither should be the Christian.
