Man Makes Online Threat Against Schools; Gets Arrested

St. James Parish Sheriff Claude J. Louis Jr. reports that on Monday, September 9th, detectives with the St. James Parish Sheriff’s Office arrested Caleb Matthew Grubbs, a nineteen- year-old male from the Paulina area, for using social media to make a threat of school violence.
