Lutcher Officials Working To Revive Buddy Whitney Street Culvert Project

For several years now the Town of Lutcher, in conjunction with the Parish, the School Board and the Pontchartrain Levee District, has attempted to get a project off the ground that is geared to help drainage issues occurring along Buddy Whitney Street and other areas of the Town.
