Formosa Plastics, and its affiliate FG LA LLC, recently announced that company officials have made the decision to scale back some of its major construction plans due to the many ways the COVID-19 pandemic has affected not only Louisiana and St. James Parish, but how the novel Coronavirus has impacted the entire world.
The St. James Parish School Board met Tuesday evening and honored and recognized two students lead by example and are models of success for other students who may be watching from a distance.
October is Child Search Awareness month in Louisiana. Child Search is a program in every school system to ensure that any child who is eligible for Special Educational Services receives them. It’s the Law…Every child age 3-21, regardless of disability is entitled to a free, appropriate public education.
