Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Filed By Groups Aiming To Stop Formosa
Last Friday, U.S. Federal District Judge Randolph Moss, who sits on the Federal bench in Washington D.C., dismissed a lawsuit filed by environmental groups challenging the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ water quality permit previously granted to Formosa (FG LA), who is in the early stages of constructing a $9.4 billion plastics making complex on the west bank of St. James Parish.
