A native of Vacherie, Dr. Clarke attended Nicholls State University and earned his degree in Biology from Xavier University in New Orleans. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
