St. James Parish Registrar of Voters Taylor Roussel would like to share the following information with the public regarding Early Voting for the upcoming Party Primary/ Municipal Primary election scheduled for May 16, 2026.
Last Tuesday, April 28th, a St. James Parish Jury found 56-year-old Michael Kenard of 2195 Railroad St., Lutcher, LA, guilty of Failure to Notify Law Enforcement of an address change (Sex Offender Violation).
