The St. James Parish Council has approved a legally binding Community Benefits Agreement (CBA) with DG Fuels. District 2 Councilman Courtney Long was the only vote against the agreement, which will take effect only if the parish’s governing body gives the sustainable aviation fuel company the go-ahead to locate its facility between the Baytree and Moonshine communities on the west bank.
